It’s a question we are asked all the time, what makes the difference between you listing my home and another agent listing my home…or how were you able to sell my home in 2 weeks after we cancelled our contract with our previous agent who had it on the market for 6 months, one year or more.

Some agents carry 10, 15, 20 or more listings for long periods of time. You see their ads in the Real Estate papers. Have you noticed the same property month after month after month? It’s because the agent hasn’t been able to sell them. Then comes the “Price Adjustment” banner and another 6 months of ads. We don’t believe you can service 15 listings with the energy that it takes to property market a home for sale. We limit our listing because all of our energy goes into getting your property sold. The faster a home sells, the higher the sale price. That’s our goal..to get you the very highest sale price.
We spend much of our time on the listing before the property hits the MLS. We really get to know your home so we know how to best position it and know the type of buyer to market to. Staging, photography, video, custom marketing creation all come before the property goes on the MLS…as well as creating a buzz with phone calls and social media. Our database of NFL Alumni, other professional athletes, investors and amazing local families get pre-access to your listing.
We show our listings in person, every time. It’s our job to sell the property after all, and we take that very seriously. How can we point out the highlights of the home and the neighborhood, answer questions and see the reaction of the buyers to know who has fallen in love and will be willing to pay the highest price if we aren’t there for showings?
We don’t believe in price reductions. We bring value to each property we list and pull up the value rather than riding you to lower the price. Even with properties that were previously listed, we typically re-list at the same price, and sometimes even more…and guess what? They sell..and they sell quickly.
